With the release of Left 4 Dead 2 right around the corner, maybe you’re feeling like getting into the spirit.

How about this custom Windows desktop, designed to look like the HUD for Valve’s first-person zombie killin’ game? Using some ingenuity and the Rainmeter customization application for Windows, a person who calls themselves “UltraBE” did a pretty good of putting together a cool looking (and functional) looking homage to Left 4 Dead.
