So long, 30-foot cable: OnLive’s Wi-Fi beta is now live

Besides the price structure, the biggest hurdle with OnLive for a lot of us was the lack of support for Wi-Fi connections. This admittedly first-world problem is thankfully no longer an issue, now that the OnLive Wi-Fi beta is available to all subscribers.

It’s recommended that your connection be a steady 3 Mbps at the minimum, which should be entirely doable for most of you. And if you’re already a member, take note: a handful of indie games are on sale right now. Check it out.
