Get to know the people that make great videogames
Last Sunday on Sup Holmes (now on iTunes) we spent an hour and a half with the enigmatic, pragmatic, elastic, fantastic Porpentine. This one was a real blur for me, more so than most episodes. Talking to Porpentine imbues you with an infectious energy that makes you feel slightly out of reality. It’s a real treat.
Topics included Porpentines work at Free Indie Games, Rock Paper Shotgun, the fun, dancing, and music of her latest graphics-focused game Armada , how to treat a woman, the blessing/curse of a creative drive, the relationship between creator and audience, Howling Dogs and Richard Hofmeier, gainging funding through Patreon, the magic of Twitter, and so much more.
Thanks again to Porpentine for spending the time with us, and tune in this this Sunday when we welcome Cristina Vee (songstress and voice actress on Shantae, League of Legends, Skullgirls and many others) to the program.
