Silent Hill trailer: This is why they say you can never go home again

Konami released this trailer for Silent Hill: Homecoming this morning. Having played the game, I’m really impressed with this bit of footage for emphasizing more of the human drama than the outright gory bits of the game. Don’t get the wrong impression of this, though, because there’s plenty of that other stuff in the game.

In the gallery below, observe the twenty screens we managed to grab, showing off some of the boss fights along with some generally creepy environment shots. The Silent Hill guys really have a thing for screwed-up limbs, don’t they?

Destructoid will be giving you its review of Silent Hill: Homecoming later today.
