Don’t you hate it when you make plans with someone for a good, ol’ fashioned raping and they can’t show up on time?

Silent Hill: Homecoming on PC is being exclusively sold through Steam and was scheduled to release on Tuesday. That was three days ago and the game has yet to surface. Blues News tracked down a post on the Steam forums from Mike Dunkle of Valve which simply states:

Silent Hill Homecoming for PC will not become available until later this month. Please stay tuned for more information.

That’s the only information we really have about it. That’s not going to stop me from making wild speculation, though. It’s obvious that the server where the game can be downloaded from has somehow disappeared and is now looking out over Toluca Lake, praying someone will find it and bring it back home. Man, that thing is screwed.

The 360 version managed to escape the clutches of the vile town and is in stores now. Expect a Destructoid Review to come in the near future.
