Shellshock 2 trailer is absolutely amazing

I seem to have this habit of never getting into Eidos-published games. I’m not sure why, but the likes of Tomb Raider and Hitman have never clicked with me, so I don’t often pay the publisher much heed. Perhaps that should change, however, if Shellshock 2: Blood Trails is anywhere near as wonderful as its trailer.

What happens when you combine Vietnam, zombies and “Freebird”? You get one of the coolest frigging trailers this side of Sacred 2.

I have no idea if the game is going to be any good, but I’d be impressed if the reality could surpass the promise of this incredibly well-made video. That’s the problem with great trailers, the cruel sirens of the videogame world.

Either way, Vietnam + zombies + “Freebird” = win.
