To finish the Serenade of Memory quest, you need to help the Beast and Belle recreate some lost memories. There are many smaller steps along the way, so here’s a full breakdown of how to tackle this process.

Serenade of Memory prerequisites in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Before you can get started on this quest, there are three key prerequisites that must be met:

• Progress your relationship with the Beast.
• Progress your relationship with Belle.
• Unlock Tiana.

Visit the Dreamlight Library to find the most romantic book

Your first task is to visit the Dreamlight Library to find a romantic book. The Dreamlight Library is Merlin’s house, so venture to wherever you have it placed in your village. Once you’re inside, turn left and look down to spot the sparkling book on the ground in the corner. Pick it up and meet up with the Beast to discuss what you found.

The book helps the Beast recall eating breakfast with Belle. There’s a specific dish he wants to make, but he can only recall certain details of it, so meet up with Tiana to figure out what the right dish for the occasion is.

Cook Sweet Porridge

Tiana figures out the dish in no time, so you can finally get to cooking some Sweet Porridge. The dish you need to make requires:

• One Milk
• One Wheat
• One of any Fruit

Combine these three items at any cooking station to make Wheat Porridge with Fruit. Once you’re done, meet up with the Beast to progress. There’s just one more memory the Beast needs your help to unravel.

Craft the Beast’s Bird Feeder

The last key task you need to get done is crafting the Beast’s Bird Feeder. You can make this item at any crafting station by combining:

• Eight Softwood
• Three Purple Bell Flowers
• Three Red Falling Penstemons
• Four Garnet
