Sekai Project announces both Planetarian and Grisaia no Kajitsu

More visual novels for your reading pleasure are on the horizon

Remember how I said 2014 has been a great year so far for visual novels? It seems that statement was pretty prophetic, given the fact that Sekai Project (World End Economica) is joining forces with Japanese game maker Visual Arts to bring visual novel Planetarian to Steam.

But that’s not all! Sekai has also announced the start of localization for Front Wing’s visual novel Grisaia no Kajitsu. Those are two visual novels now on the horizon, and you’ll be able to add them to your Steam collection in the future. And I know you have one, or are thinking of starting one, or you wouldn’t be reading this post.

Planetarian is classified as a “kinetic” novel and is a renowned entry in the world of visual novels, and while I hadn’t heard of Grisaia no Kajitsu before today, it sounds like it could be gripping. Planetarian is first on my list to investigate given its prestigious status, so I’ll be picking it up ASAP. Are you interested in either game? Which one and why?
