Yep, that Star Trek game is a thing, and now you can see how the game came to life in this new video.

Brian Miller of Paramount Pictures goes over a few principles, like the ideologies behind Kirk and Spock’s play-styles, as well as a few activities that you’ll be engaging in during the course of the game (like controlling the Enterprise, and on-foot combat). Miller states regarding the co-op feature, “there’s no other game we could possibly make.”

Well, it’s looking more promising, but the jury is still out on this one! It could be a pretty terrible run of the mill movie tie-in. Or, like X-Men Origins: Wolverine, it could end up surprising us by being totally kickass.
