See how a Disney Infinity figure is made, and by proxy, a terrifying 3D printer process

Olaf rises from the depths of Styx

Disney is sharing how they actually craft their figures for Disney Infinity, and the process looks really damn rad. First an artist comes up with the concept, then they 3D print it, and from there it’s molded and washed, with the details added in afterward.

But the real magic is found in the middle of the video, where it shows Olaf rising from the depths of the 3D printer in a terrifying fashion. I wouldn’t show this to your kids, you’ve been warned.
