Section 8 ‘Seek and Destroy Map Pack’ DLC available now

Remember Section 8? It’s TimeGate Studios’s twitch-FPS, featuring mind-melting swivel action and massive dudes in robot armor that drop from space planes. Keep that last fact in mind a bit longer, because now there’s more possible ground to drill — a new expansion is available.

It’s called the “Seek and Destroy Map Pack.” Available through Windows LIVE and Xbox LIVE Marketplace for 560 Microsoft Bucks, it adds three maps — the salty Devil’s Backbone, the hilly Azure Basine, crater Hornets Nest — and Instant Action Modes to the core game. Assets available above and below, but if the lights and sounds aren’t your thing, you can hit this literature for a better look at what it’s offering.
