SDCC: Lost Planet 2 is taking it up a notch in these screens

Recommended Videos

Comic-Con 2009-flavored Lost Planet 2 screenshots really aren’t all that different from regular Lost Planet 2 screens. In fact, I know one of these images isn’t new; at least, I could have sworn I had seen it somewhere before. What gives, Capcom?

At any rate, the game appears to be coming along nicely. We knew Lost Planet 2 would be amplifying the size and amount of monsters over the original game, but look at this stuff! If these pictures are representative of the final product, then the scope of the game is going to be massive.

And since you get to play as a group of soldiers (through co-op) rather than a lone hero, the feeling that you are only a fraction of the overall fight against the Akrid is only going to increase. Kind of heavy, isn’t it?
