Scribble Defense is Tower Defense but different

I don’t know a ton about tower defense games. I know that there are a ton of them. I know that I suck at every single one of them (unless you count Plants vs. Zombies somehow). That’s about it.

Scribble Defense is a new entry into the genre which is headed for Xbox Live Indie Games. The above video has gameplay footage. It looks interesting. I’m intrigued by how you can reshape the paths with little gravity wells or whatever they are. I can’t really make out all of the action here, but I’m sure no amount of video will explain that adequately.

What tower defense games are your favorites? I’m itching to get my sense of self-worth reduced again.
