Hip-hop legend RZA is in cahoots with Activision. The Grammy-winning artist recently tweeted that he had completed doing motion capture work for the publisher, but provided no details on what game it was for.

“Great team of guys who really appreciate hip-hop,” he says of the Activision team, adding, “I’m delighted to see that some people in Corp America who are beneffitin $$ from hip-hop are really fans of our work. Big ups Activision!”

With DJ Hero 2 more or less confirmed, it seems likely this is the project RZA was in the studio for. The problem is, of course, RZA isn’t exactly known as a DJ. Author, producer, rapper, actor, director… sure. But a DJ? So either Activision has something else up its sleeve, or maybe there’s more to DJ Hero 2 than we’re expecting.
