Ryse comes to PC with 4K resolution upgrade

Coming this Fall

Ryse: Son of Rome makes its way to PC this fall. Crytek worked in 4K resolution support so this already great-looking Xbox One game is now going to burn images into your retina on the PC.

Crytek will handle digital distribution while Deep Silver will take care of the boxed versions. All of the DLC from the console version will come to the PC version as well. The DLC, skins, maps, and other content will be included in the release.

Carl Jones, director of business development at Crytek, says that Ryse PC will be a PC benchmark graphics showcase this year and beyond. My gaming PC is already whimpering.

Word is that we’ll be able to take a look at this next week at gamescom. Stay tuned.
