Rumortoid: Uncharted 2 in the works?

Considering that Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune got a pretty decent reception and the possibility of a silver screen debut, it’s no surprise that a sequel is in the works. Depending on how much proof you need, that could now be official — at least, if you believe what you’re seeing in the video above.

Why is still a rumortoid, you ask? Well, the source, Play3-Live, has not posted any pictures of the ad, but the video above was posted on Gametrailers. According to the source, this information came straight from Naughty Dog co-president Christophe Balestra, although word of a sequel has been floating around for some time, but active work on it had not been confirmed.

I’ll definitely be all over this game when it comes out — it has been one of my favorite on the PS3 so far. Are you ready for more of Nate and Elena’s antics?
