Rumor: Art reveals two more Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 fighters

Recommended Videos

A lot of aspects of this story are shaky. For one, the artist reportedly behind this artwork (Kevin Sharpe) has not been officially announced to be the artist for the forthcoming Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 comic book tie-in. For all we know, this is just extremely well do fan art. Secondly, even if this art if “for real”, that doesn’t mean that every character in the comic will be a playable character in the game. For instance, there is a table in that pic with the Taskmaster. Does that mean that a table is going to be a playable character in Marvel Vs. Capcom 3? How about that chair, and the big “D” painting? Are they all going to be playable too?

That said, I’m guessing that these character reveals might be legit. I have it on a good authority that the most recent Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 roster rumors were mostly legit, and those rumors included Taskmaster and Galactus. Here’s hoping, as they are both pretty badass.

Now I’m just waiting for the confirmation of Haggar, complete with spinning shark piledriver.
