Rockstar teases new single-player DLC for GTA V in 2014

Update in 2014 will continue adventures of Michael, Franklin, and Trevor

It looks like we haven’t seen the last of GTA V‘s trio of main characters. During a blog post about upcoming content for GTA Online, Rockstar Games not only detailed information about new gameplay modes and the beta release of the content creator, but also a small tease of new content for the single-player game.

“For those ready to jump back into the story of Grand Theft Auto V, we have big plans for substantial additions in 2014 continuing Michael, Franklin and Trevor’s action, mayhem and unexpected adventures in Southern San Andreas.”

While I found GTA Online to be fun in small doses, the single-player was what really excited me about GTA V, and still does to this day. The words “substantial additions” really pique my interest, and “Southern San Andreas” seem to point to a Los Santos-focused expansion. While I’m not personally expecting anything on the level of RDR‘s Undead Nightmare, I am very happy to revisit the main characters. Especially, good ol’ Trevor. I wonder what he’s been up to since then?

What would you like to see for a single-player update, and which character are you looking forward to playing as again?
