Rockstar has revealed their downloadable content plans for Max Payne 3, and at least seven map packs are in the works. The first one will be out in June, four additional ones are set for Summer, and two more for the Fall. Rockstar hasn’t announced how much each map pack will cost, instead focusing the announcement on the Rockstar Pass. The pass will get you all the upcoming DLC packs for 2400 Microsoft Points/$29.99, a savings of 35% compared to purchasing each pack individually.

Rockstar is only ready to talk about the first map pack, called “Local Justice.” It will include three maps that can be played on the various multiplayer modes, avatar items, multiplayer challenges, and more.

Not much longer now! Max Payne 3 will be out on May 15 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
