Rocket League is finally coming to Xbox One

Xbox owners might be a little late to the pitch, but at least they’ll get their chance to haphazardly ram their cars into giant soccer balls. Rocket League will make its way to Xbox One at long last.

There’s no word on when Rocket League will make its Xbox One debut, but the news doesn’t come as a complete surprise. A few days ago, it was discovered that the game had been rated for Microsoft’s console.

The indie phenomenon has already taken PC and PS4 by storm this year. Earlier tonight, the game won Best Independent Game at The Game Awards 2015. It beat out the likes of Undertale and Axoim Verge. Strong opposition, but Rocket League scored the goal and brought home the hardware.
