Rock Band footage: two epic drum battles

The first video shows Blue Öyster Cult’s “(Don’t Fear) The Reaper” being played on drums in Rock Band, while the second clip, which can be found after the break, shows the song “Learn to Fly” by Foo Fighters.

This footage once again confirms that the sound produced by the drum peripheral is going to be annoying as hell to anyone that isn’t using the device. You’re neighbors probably aren’t going to appreciate your late night jam sessions if you’re planning on screaming into the microphone or banging on the drums every night. Just remember, it’s not over ’til the cops knock on your door.

So what do you guys think? Is Rock Band going to be the never-ending party game or will it grow old a year from now?
