Rock Band 3 trailer reveals Faith No More, INXS tracks

Recommended Videos

Let me come out and say this right now: when it was revealed that Rock Band 3 would support a keyboard peripheral, I figured it would be about god damned time the entirety of Faith No More’s Angel Dust would make its way onto the platform. Right? Right.

Well, looking closely at one of the latest Rock Band 3 trailers, you’ll notice that we’re — at the very least — 1/13th of the way there. Pay close attention to the trailer and you’ll notice that the album’s first single (and third track), “Midlife Crisis” is shown. This makes me happy.

Look closely you’ll also see Chicago’s “25 to 6,” INXS’ “Need You Tonight,” Blood Sweat & Tears’ “Spinning Wheel,” T-Rex’s “20th Century Boy” (hopefully not the Placebo cover because seriously), and a whole bunch of placeholder songs. Neat, huh?

Rock Band 3 hits this holiday, and if the rest of Angel Dust isn’t offered up as DLC by February of 2011, I’m sending boxes of rotten meat to a certain Cambridge, Massachusetts office space.
