RetroforceGO! records episode 88 tonight: Peripherals

Recommended Videos

It’s been a while since we had ourselves a nice hardware episode, so this week we thought we’d talk about peripherals. Not controllers so much (we kinda already did that), but all the other ridiculous crap that plugged in, snapped on, or otherwise connected to our consoles and handhelds to make them look absurd and do things it probably didn’t need to do.

If your Game Boy ever looked more like a Gundam than a portable gaming device, or your Genesis stood 3 feet tall with adapters and add-ons, you know what we mean. We’re sure you can recall some pretty absurd stuff, and if you can’t just look around you — it’s still happening today. Wiimote kitchen utensils, anyone? Hit the comments with your questions and personal experiences, and we’ll catch you tomorrow.
