Listings for “Metal Gear Solid: V Definitive Ex” surfaced on Amazon UK and Amazon Japan earlier today.
The store pages have since been taken down, and they only ever had bare-bones or otherwise placeholder information to begin with, but that hasn’t stopped folks from taking this as an opportunity to daydream about a more fleshed-out, fulfilling conclusion to The Phantom Pain.
Realistically, a definitive release of the game would likely just include Ground Zeroes, The Phantom Pain, assorted DLC for both titles and Metal Gear Online, and maybe some Mother Base Coins for good measure. As nice as it would be to have Ground Zeroes on a disc, I don’t really need that.
