It just wouldn’t be a Resident Evil game without some morbid puzzles, would it?
Resident Evil Requiem has a handful of puzzles to decipher to survive the journey, but you won’t need to give up your lungs or heart to solve them. Someone else already did that! Whenever you come across the Organ Transport Box in RE Requiem, you need to open it (because of course you do), and you will soon find a panel that you need to figure out to pop it open.
Here’s how to open the Organ Transport Box in Resident Evil Requiem and get whatever is within.
Resident Evil Requiem Organ Transport Box solution
While playing as Grace Ashcroft, once you obtain the Organ Transport Box from the Garage in Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center (and survive the ridiculous encounter with a zombie driving a giant bulldozer), you need to find the solution to open it. The file with the solution is found on the second floor of the East Wing, but we’ve got the info you require to open it and get the goods without having to worry about that.
- Inspect the Organ Transport Box in your inventory.
- Turn the middle knob from Auto to Hand.
- Lift the leveler on the right side to the middle notch.
- Enter this sequence on the numbered switches:
- 1. Up, 2. Down, 3. Up, 4. Up, 5. Down – (Check the image below)
- Turn the middle knob from Hand to Auto.
