The newest issue of Famitsu has some promising news for survival horror fans, namely that a demo for the much-hyped Resident Evil 5 will be showing up on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace on December 5.
Although the demo is only confirmed for Japan at this point, and access to it will only be granted to XBL Gold members, that’s not about to stop you guys, now is it?
Besides, Capcom was extremely generous with an early demo for Lost Planet way back when, so the idea isn’t too far-fetched. There’s also no word on an RE5 demo for PlayStation 3 owners yet, but it would be silly of Capcom to glaze over so many potential customers.
Left 4 Dead has gotten me in a zombie killing mood as of late (yes, I know RE5 doesn’t have “zombies” per se), so I can’t wait. Anyone else excited?
