“Mátalo!”

Capcom’s iDevice ports of Resident Evil 4 are now on sale for 50% off on the App Store. You can pick up Resident Evil 4 for iPhone/iPod Touch for only $2.99, or the iPad version (called Resident Evil 4 HD) for $4.99. Not sold on the idea yet, despite the cheapskate prices? Resident Evil 4 For Beginners is now free like a bird.

Good call on Capcom’s part with the discount, I’d say. I’ve only played the iPhone game, and found that it was a technically solid game with annoying touch controls. I remember thinking to myself, “If this were half off, I’d probably buy it.” But I’m not looking to spend any money, so it’s a good thing I didn’t put that in writing somewhere. Like on the Internet anything.

Wait a minute…
