Rastan, you moron – Wake Up! w/ Volgarr the Viking

I am a doofus sometimes

You’ll get a kick out of this. Adult Swim Games’ most recent release, Volgarr the Viking bears no small resemblance to the incredibly awesome Rastan arcade game Taito made in the 80’s (and none at all to the horrible Rastan: Saga II made for home consoles; my inner child is still bitter about it). But I spend the bulk of this episode of Wake Up! referring to it as Rygar because I guess that’s the kind of thing which can happen when you’re thinking “Rastan” but playing Volgarr.
