Conker: Gettin’ Medieval

After finishing work on Conker: Live & Reloaded, Rare pursued another project set in that universe called Conker: Gettin’ Medieval. It was going to be an Xbox multiplayer game, not a direct continuation of the Bad Fur Day storyline that some fans have wanted for over a decade now.
As described by designer Chris Seavor, the outspoken squirrel wasn’t the star of Gettin’ Medieval, though he of course would have been featured. Instead, Rare wanted to focus on the wider world of Conker characters. This video shows what they might have looked like throughout history.
Hearing about this doesn’t hit me as hard as that scrapped Banjo-Kazooie remake, but I was never a huge Conker fan to begin with. Would you have wanted a multiplayer-centric game?
