PSA: The Smash Bros. Wii U Club Nintendo voucher is behind the cover art

I was confused at first

This is a pretty strange PSA but I know someone is going to go on a Twitter rant after they crack open their new copy of Super Smash Bros. Wii U, so here goes.

I don’t know about you all, but one of the first things I do when I get a Nintendo game on the Wii U or 3DS is pop open the box and redeem that sweet Club Nintendo code. I’ve gotten a lot of really cool trinkets from the promotion, and with Smash, you can get the soundtrack for free if you buy both versions of the game.

Initially, I was dismayed to see that there was no Club Nintendo insert coupled with the instruction booklet. After removing the disc though I saw that the point redemption code was actually behind the cover art, pictured above. This is also the case for a few other games like Hyrule Warriors and Bayonetta 2, but since this will be the first Nintendo game in a while for some, I thought people should be updated.

Redeem it and boot it up!
