PSA: Red Dead Redemption co-op pack is now available

Heads up, pardner, Rockstar’s co-op mission package for Red Dead Redemption is available today on Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network. Best part, it’s free; you’ll want to head over to your console and start downloading that right now, and then come back to learn more about what you’re signing yourself up for.

It’s called “Outlaws to the End,” and it adds six cooperative missions to the game that can be played online: “Walton’s Gold,” “The River,” “Ammunition,” “The Kidnapped Girl,” “The Escape,” and “The Herd.” Except to be shooting stuff, escorting at least one lady, and riding a few horses. As a bonus, the free downloadable content comes with its own set of Xbox 360 Achievements and PlayStation 3 Trophies, like “2 Guys, 1 Coop” (complete a co-op mission with only two players).

Okay, I’ve sufficiently wasted enough of your time that your download should be done now. Now go shoot some outlaws with your pals. Need a posse? Leave your gamertags or PSN IDs in the comments and partner up!
