A new patch for Fallout: New Vegas is available on Xbox Live today, but users are being urged not to download it yet. Funnily enough, it needs a patch itself!
Some of those who have already downloaded the patch are reporting issues with their saved games, although what these issues are have not yet been determined. Bethesda is working on getting a new update out there “as soon as humanly possible.” Until then, decline any patch requests.
