PS4 listing spotted for Digimon World: Next Order

If you’re seeing this, Namco, we want it

Digimon World: Next Order saw a Japanese PlayStation Vita release back in March, but from the sound of it, Bandai Namco isn’t done with the monster-raising RPG quite yet.

A listing for a PlayStation 4 version has shown up on the Brazilian rating board, suggesting we may, with any luck, get the game here in the West. There’s a lot of love to go around for Digimon these days.

I always meant to rent the original Digimon World or borrow it from a friend indefinitely, but the stars never aligned in that way. Reminiscing about the PS1 game, Steven said it was “lit,” and explained how “you can make your monsters eat poop and if they eat enough poop they turn into a poop monster.” Alissa joined in the chat to add that “their poop stays on the map until gets eaten too.”

“Magical game.”
