Rockstar Games has informed us that Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City for PlayStation 3 and PC has been hit with a slight delay. No biggie, it’s only by two weeks — the games will now ship on April 13 in North America and April 16 in all other countries.

The reason? “Minor content changes” requested by Sony Europe, which delayed the submission and approval process.

“We understand and sympathize with fans that will be upset by this delay,” Rockstar said in a statement today. “We want to assure our fans that the minor changes made to the game will not affect the gamer’s enjoyment of the games; these will not affect any elements and were not related to any local ratings requirements.”

Vague, to be sure. When contacted for specifics, Rockstar pointed us to a blog post on its official site which mentions they were asked to “edit some of the in-game Liberty City radio station, television, and Internet content.” Check out their post for more details.
