PS3 gets a minor firmware update

Sony released their latest firmware update for the PlayStation 3 today, though not very exciting, we’re still waiting until March for the “big one.” What do you suppose will be in the big one? Will my PS3 sprout legs and arms and eat my Wii? Mmmm, I sure hope so. In the meantime, here’s what the latest firmware does:

1. The image of the person you are chatting with during video chat can now be changed to match the screen size
2. You can now use a USB camera compatible with USB video class (UVC) for video chat
