Sega has taken a break from pumping out the music videos for its upcoming tactical RPG Project Sakura Wars, with a new video focusing on the sequel’s eclectic cast and the artistic concepts that originally brought them to life for your gaming pleasure.

The two-minute video showcases some rough sketches of each of The Floral Division’s heroes, masterfully conceived by Bleach creator Tite Kubo. Each character then segues off of the page and into their in-game counterpart – conversing with friends, strolling ’round town, or preparing for mech-assisted mayhem.

If you missed out on any of the previously released music videos, then be sure to check out the wide variety of tracks released for characters including Sakura, Hatsuho, Claris, Lancelot, Azami, Elise, Huang Yui, and Anastasia.

Project Sakura Wars launches in Japan on PS4 December 12, with a western release expected in spring 2020.
