The next entry in the mainline Pokemon games will feature fully polygon-based graphics, presumably to better show off the 3DS console’s 3D powers and to “keep up with the times.” Could this be the next step towards Pokemon becoming the next LA Noire? Maybe!

Some fans used the Source filmmaking tools to give a glimps of what a serious, dramatic Pokemon future might look like. Not sure where all the character models came from, but they look pretty fantastic. Clearly a lot of time and energy went into this thing, though strangely enough, the filmmakers didn’t choose to give their characters voices. That’s where we come in!

Below you’ll find the first of what are sure to be many attempts to give this story a voice. It’s very mature and not at all for teenagers due to its maturity. I’m sure you’ll agree with me when I say that this is important.
