PlayStation Network Update: LittleBig… oh, it’s just a video

Recommended Videos

Damn it, where’s my LittleBigPlanet? Sony, you guys better have some good news for us next week at GDC 2008.

Sadly, there’s no consolation prize this week. There’s only one PS3 demo this week, and it’s for MLB 08 The Show. If baseball is your thing, you’ll want to grab this 1.01 GB download.

You’re actually a bit better off as a PSP owner this week, as they have Twisted Metal: Head On ($14.99) available, as well as demos of Patapon and the PSP version of MLB 08 The Show.

Of course, there’s new Rock Band content, and this week it’s punk. Punk Pack 2 ($5.49) contains songs from The Police, The Ramones, and The Clash.

The rest is video content:

  • LittleBigPlanet Create-A-Level (TEASE!)
  • MLB 08 Road To The Show Tutorial (More baseball…)
  • Tony Hawk’s Proving Ground – Launch Trailer
  • Conflict: Denied Ops Diary 2 and 3
  • Burnout Accolades Trailer
  • Turok “Weapons”  and  “Creatures” Trailers
  • The Ruins Trailer

This ho-hum week is rounded out with a Super Stardust HD theme for the PS3 and a Twisted Metal: Head On for your PSP on the PlayStation Store for PC. Woo.

Have you seen that trailer for The Ruins? I swear that they stole my story idea — I promise that I thought of the same story setting years ago.  You know some freaky sh*t happens in those Mayan ruins.
