Eight stops announced for now
PlayStation is taking cues from America’s political circuit and will be driving a bus across the United States. Starting this weekend, the Road to Greatness tour will be making stops in select cities across the country to give fans a chance to play over 30 new and unreleased games, win PlayStation-themed prizes, and purchase some swag exclusive to the event.
The Road to Greatness tour will start April 24 and continue on through November. Currently Sony has announced eight stops in California, Ohio, Georgia, Rhode Island, Texas, Wisconsin, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania but more locations are promised for the future. If none of those are in your neck of the woods, PlayStation is accepting stop suggestions on its official website. Four fan-submitted locations will be chosen and those who suggest the winners will be given a custom PS4 prize package and a Road to Greatness party.
If crowding outside a tour bus on a hot summer day is your ideal gaming experience, keep an eye on the full tour dates and details. Each of the stops also lines up with an area music festival, which might just make the trip worth it for those of us who live nowhere near events like this.
