Play Halo 3 with Scott Weiland!

I very rarely give a damn about with whom I could Game with Fame. Sometimes, I’m amused by the offerings but little else. But playing Halo 3 with Scott Weiland? The man’s music was pretty much the backdrop of my adolescence. 

Weiland, lead singer of the recently re-united Stone Temple Pilots, will be logging on to Xbox Live June 1st starting at 7 PM Eastern. All you have to do to participate is add StoneTempleGWF to your friends list and show up half an hour before the event starts to get your chance to take him on.

While the odds are long of actually getting the opportunity to play with him, I’m still going to stay away. I’m afraid I might offer him heroin and be turned down. Nobody likes to be disappointed with their heroes.
