Play all the sports in Activision’s new Kinect game

The latest strike in Microsoft’s war against the couch industry comes from the imaginary sword of Activision. With their upcoming Kinect game, Big League Sports, the publisher isn’t only hoping to make your controllers obsolete, but all your other sports games as well. The title is set to bring the world’s six most popular sports (baseball, football, hockey, soccer, basketball and golf) to a single 360 disc.

I hope you enjoy whiffing it because the airy controls in this family fun romp are “refined for maximum fun.” Prepare to humiliate mom and dad as you run up the leaderboads, and you pad your impressive stats in the game’s 18 competitive skill challenges. And in case you were worried that you wouldn’t have a new sporty Kinect game any time soon, rest assured, Big League Sports is dropping later this fall. In the mean time you can check out some screens in the gallery below.
