Earlier this week Platinum Games said it’d have an unannounced game to show off at E3. Then it goes and drops this little tweet earlier today.

Platinum? Ok, listen — do not mess with me about this. Don’t go and tee up a possible new Vanquish game and then pull it out of the way at the last second when I go to rocket-knee-slide into it like I’m some kind of futuristic dickhead Charlie Brown. Don’t you do that to me. I couldn’t take the heartbreak.
So what do you think? Tease? Coincidence? Or is it time to spin up the hype engines and practice taking stylish drags off a cigarette in the middle of a war zone?
