PixelJunk Monsters, Super Meat Boy officially confirmed for Wii U

It’s in the sizzle reel, its real, and sizzling

After a long period of teasing and “will they or won’t they” Twitter pictures, we now have confirmation that Super Meat Boy will hit the Wii U at some point in the future. We know this from the Nindies sizzle reel on the Nintendo UK YouTube landing page — a video that wasn’t broadcasted in the US edition of yesterday’s Direct.

Also slated for the Wii U is PixelJunk Monsters, which started life as a series for Sony platforms before moving into PC. You can also get a good look at all the other indies coming to Nintendo platforms too if you’re so inclined — a few of them look great.
