Pirates of the Burning Sea is an MMO that I have always been a little bit curious about playing. I just have this aversion to stacking up too many monthly subscription fees and never took the opportunity. Now, Flying Lab Software has announced that they are taking their piratey adventure into the free-to-play waters.
Users may now instead pay for entry into the “Captain’s Club,” a $14.99 monthly fee which grants access to bonus experience and loot, premium content, a shop discount and other benefits.
Neat. Now I guess I can go and give it a shot. Have any of you played it? Any pointers?
