Oooh, yeah. Baby, baby. The latest entry on the Japanese P3P Blog drops some hints on what’s coming up next from Atlus.
Producer Katsura Hashino split the Persona 4 team into two. Half of them worked hard on PSP game Persona 3 Portable, and the other half went to work on something else. Hashino says that next year he’ll begin working with this other team on this new game, which he calls “extremely interesting.” There’s absolutely no clue as to what it might be about, but it is nearing completion, so I’m guessing we’ll hear more about it soon.
There’s maybe even better news from this same blog post. Hashino also said that he would soon begin working on “that.” Starting next year, the two teams will converge to work on “that,” says Andria Sang. What else could it be but Atlus’ next game in their flagship series?
