Palworld players can now sign up for the Palworld Testing program

Updates on the horizon

News on future updates for Palworld has been scarce lately, but a post from Bucky, the PocketPair community manager, in the official Discord has sparked hope that new additions are coming, and they’re looking for players to help find issues.

He begins the post by thanking players for their continued support before going on to say that PocketPair has “some exciting new content lined up, but they’re looking for players who can help test these things and provide feedback”.

In light of this, PocketPair is opening the Palworld Testing Program for those playing via Steam who wish to take part in testing future updates before their release.

How to join the Palworld Testing Program

There are a few conditions which must be met before you can join the program. You must have a Steam account, own the game on said Steam account, and be a member of the official Discord community, and you should be prepared to submit bug reports for any issues that you face during testing as well as being able to answer any questionnaires provided by PocketPair during the process. 

You cannot share screenshots or videos that were taken during the testing process on social media and characters created in order to take part in the testing program cannot be transferred to the full game. 

There’s also minimum PC requirements for taking part:

  • 64-bit processor and operating system 
  • OS: Windows 10 or later (64-Bit) 
  • Processor: Intel Core i9-9900K 3.60 GHz 
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM 
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 
  • DirectX: Version 11 
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection 
  • Storage: 30 GB free space
