Overwhelm has a simple premise: “You’re outnumbered, low on ammunition and the paranoia sets in. This is an action horror-world where enemies get power-ups and you don’t.”
It’s a retro looking platformer that really brings out a comparison to Downwell‘s art style, and alongside of its reveal at the PC Gaming Show today at E3, it’s also out now. We haven’t had too many of those “right now, go get it!” announcements these past few years, but now Overwhelm can join the club.
It’s normally $9.99 but is currently eight bucks on Steam.
