Overwatch’s Tracer basically confirmed for Heroes of the Storm

Probably not until mid 2016

Multiple retailers seemed to have ruined Blizzard’s surprise, and spilled the beans early for the console versions of Overwatch. But as Blizzard tends to do, buying the premium version of the game will net you bonuses for other titles in its lineup. For Overwatch, it seems like those bonuses include a Baby Winston Pet for WoW, portraits for StarCraft II, a cardback for Hearthstone, Mercy Wings for Diablo III, and…a “Tracer Hero” for Heroes of the Storm?

For those who aren’t aware, Tracer is a character that can teleport (blink) around, and carries a pair of pistols. While the publisher has noted that it won’t include Overwatch characters in Heroes until after launch, it seems as if it has changed its tune. Of course, none of this will likely come to fruition until the game actually launches, which is now said to be an estimated (Blizzard Time) date of June 2016.
