Out of closed beta, Heroes of the Storm continues its weekly sale schedule

Heroes of the Storm is now readily available to everyone, and that means more weekly sales — any purchases in the open beta will carry over to the full launch next week on June 2.

This week the character on offer for 50% off is Anub’arak, a resilient melee combatant that has plenty of tools in his arsenal. He’s one of my personal favorite heroes, as he can charge in or escape any confrontation with ease by way of his “E” ability. His Love Bug skin is also half off, as is the Roller Derby Nova skin, which came with the $40 Nexus Pack.

As a general rule when it comes to thrifty Storm shopping, you should only buy heroes with gold, or if they are on sale. You’ll get the most mileage that way.
