Konami sends along full details on the special limited edition release of side-scrolling shooter Otomedius Excellent today. Excellent.
Otomedius Excellent, a Gradius-inspired game that shmup fans will likely eat up, is now slated for release on July 19, 2011. The above mentioned special edition includes a 2-sided pillowcase featuring the girls of Otomedius, an art book, and a soundtrack disc. The standalone game will retail for $29.99 while the special edition will be priced at $49.99. More details of the Special Edition will be revealed at a later date, they say.
